We need 2 part time Outreach Workers to advise and support Adult Carers

(each 18.75 hours per week)

To cover Hay & Brecon and Ystradgynlais & Crickhowell
£20,895 - £25,437 pro rata (based on 37.5 hours per week)

You will be based at home and require good IT and organisational skills and an ability to empathise with and support a wide range of unpaid adult carers in South Powys.

Experience or interest in Mental Health or Children with Disabilities is desirable.
