Young Carers groups now weekly in Montgomeryshire.


Young carers in montgomeryshire are now able to access their local social groups on a weekly basis thanks to outreach worker, Jane Keay's efforts. This means that more young carers will be able to meet up and socialise with eachother, helping to reduce the stress on them.
